WheelTyre supports vehicle manufacturers and importers with complete solutions for tyres, wheels and fully assembled wheel and tyre combinations. From premium tyres and quality wheels to fully assembled sets, we supply products that meet high standards for safety, performance and appearance.
We also provide additional services such as warehousing and buy backs for overstock. This allows us to take work off our partners’ hands and maintain clarity and control across the entire process.
Assembly of complete sets
WheelTyre assembles complete wheel and tyre combinations such as winter sets, summer sets and all season sets that are ready for direct fitting on the vehicle. With our Automatic Fitting Line (AFL), we offer ample capacity and work to defined quality standards.
Assembly guidelines are agreed with our customers and transferred digitally to the AFL, ensuring every set is assembled exactly to the agreed specifications. This line is central to our services and enables just in time delivery for vehicle manufacturers and importers across Europe. Our logistics network covers more than 23 countries, including export markets, and is managed by our in house transport planning team.
Distribution of individual tyres
We manage the sourcing, storage and distribution of tyres for leading European automotive brands. From summer and winter tyres to all season options, we ensure the right tyre is available at the right time and in the right place.
WheelTyre is multi brand and supplies all tyre brands through a single contractual relationship and one invoicing flow. Our services are aligned with our customers’ processes and integrated into their supply chain.
Warehousing
WheelTyre offers vehicle manufacturers and importers a reliable solution for the storage of tyres, wheels, complete wheel sets and other components. All items are stored in our warehouses in a structured manner and in line with defined quality guidelines.
We support the entire process, from inbound handling and quality checks through to storage and outbound. Clear processes and IT support make warehousing and logistics easy to manage and transparent.
Buy backs
WheelTyre provides partners with a practical solution for overstock and dead stock. We purchase these inventories directly and distribute them through our international network. This helps products sell more quickly, reduces storage costs and removes stock from our partners’ balance sheets.
Additional services
Our services go beyond assembly, distribution and storage. Through WEBDIS, our own online ordering system, dealers have real time visibility of available stock and can place orders directly. We also offer additional services that simplify day to day operations, including tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) services, labelling, custom packaging and inventory management.
WheelTyre operates with ISO certified processes and provides access to all major tyre brands in Europe. This makes working together clear, straightforward and dependable.
